After various efforts with personal trainers I finally plucked up courage to get in touch with Zoe and try Pilates. Am so glad I did! Two years on and I now do three sessions a week with a mix of matwork, PHIT and reformer- it is safe to say I love it! Could not do without it now and would do it every day if I could, you feel stronger physically and mentally.
